What customers say?

“ Unfortunately, I wasn't able to eat the Neapolitan for lunch. But the pork ginger was delicious. It was heartwarming to see the atmosphere of the shop staff interacting with local grandparents and young people. ”

“ I went there for lunch. Everything on the daily menu, including "Fried Pork" and "Ginger Pork," is delicious. It's reasonably priced at 880 yen (tax included) with rice, miso soup, and coffee. The portions are just right. The hamburger steak is rich in flavor with a demi-glace sauce, and although it's rich, it doesn't leave you feeling heavy. The fact that smoking is allowed is a bit of a concern, but the restaurant is very satisfying. Even during the busy lunchtime hours, the service is very polite. The moistened towels also smell wonderful. Payment is cash only. *Lunch ends early, but other menu items can be enjoyed outside of lunch hours. ”

“ I found this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to come here. When I went there, the owner was alone, but he was very kind and the food was delicious! The curry was delicious with just the right amount of spice! The rice was cooked to perfection! ”

“ I had lunch at Bon, a long-established coffee shop/restaurant I'd been curious about. The appetizer was bitter melon and some kind of salad. The bitter melon wasn't bitter at all! Next up was the pork ginger broth lunch set! When I ordered, I chose ginger pork from the menu, but it turns out the lunch set also had ginger pork, so I ordered that instead. If I had ordered that, I might not have been able to finish it... I tried the miso soup first, and it had a nice dashi flavor and the perfect balance of saltiness to keep it from overpowering the main course. The main course was truly pork ginger broth! Slightly thick loin with finely sliced tendons. The sauce wasn't too sweet, with just the right amount of ginger, just the way I like it. It was the ultimate ginger pork broth, perfect with rice. Oh, it was pork ginger broth (lol). It seems like they have a lot of regulars. I want to become a regular too. It was so good to find a covered parking spot in this scorching heat! I went back recently. I ordered the same menu as before. It was as carefully prepared as ever, and the taste and portions were good enough to recommend even to older people. The only thing that bothered me was that they were quick to clear away When my companion finished eating first, the waiter quickly took away the empty plates (without giving me time to say no) and asked, "Is this okay?" even though I was still eating. Hmm, maybe he should have waited until I was finished eating. I guess it can't be helped if they were just serving coffee after the meal, but since I arrived before lunchtime (from 11:50), I had my coffee first and was waiting for my food to arrive, so I didn't have anything to drink and just finished eating and quickly left. I guess once you get used to this kind of thing, it doesn't bother you ”

“ I had the pork cutlet for lunch. As other people have said, it was made with care. The miso soup was made with a good dashi stock and was light and elegant. It was 880 yen with a drink. I visited again on 20230802. The pork ginger (pork ginger stir-fry) was on the thick side, so I only had one piece. The accompanying stir-fried eggplant and minced meat was seasoned with basil, and had a different flavor to the stir-fried eggplant you'd get in the countryside, which was delicious. I also had a pumpkin and bean salad. The small side dish was meat tofu. It came with a drink and was 880 yen including tax. ”

“ The Neapolitan was delicious! The restaurant had a quiet, retro atmosphere, which was great! ”

“ Smoking is permitted at all seats in this Western restaurant with a cafe and bar atmosphere. The cozy atmosphere was great, and the conversations between the regulars and the owners were pleasant to listen to, allowing me to spend a very fulfilling time. The seafood pasta was rich in flavor and felt like a real treat, very satisfying. A rare find in these times. I'll definitely be back. ”

“ I was impressed from the moment I walked into the restaurant, which has a retro Showa-era atmosphere that makes it seem as if time has stood still. There are two lunch options to choose from, and this time I chose mentaiko cream pasta or pork cutlet. My husband and I each ordered one, and both were heartwarming and delicious! With your back to the restaurant, there is a covered parking lot diagonally to the left that can accommodate several cars. (It's next to the paid parking lot to the left.) There is a BON sign, so it's easy to find. This was my first time visiting, and I was surprised to discover that such a wonderful restaurant existed in Koriyama! I hope the couple stays healthy and this restaurant continues to exist for a long time. ”
